1. App Usage and Accounts
When you use the App, an anonymous account is automatically created so you can save your progress. We highly recommend linking this account to your Apple or Google account to help prevent data loss.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Using the App for illegal, misleading, or malicious purposes, including botting, cheating, or reverse engineering, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, your account may be suspended or permanently deleted.
2. Educational Content and Disclaimer
All content provided within the MikroÖğrenme YKS app, including questions, study materials, and hints, is intended for educational and guidance purposes only to help prepare for the university entrance exam (YKS).
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the content, we accept no legal responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or outdated information, including changes made by the exam board (ÖSYM).
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Additional in-app items, such as Hearts and Hints, can be purchased via microtransactions. We also offer Premium Subscription packages such as Monthly or Until Exam.
Subscriptions may automatically renew through your Apple App Store or Google Play account unless cancelled.
Subscription cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies and interfaces of the respective store where the purchase was made. You must manage or cancel subscriptions directly from your device settings.
In-app pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All design, code, text, graphics, logos, and educational content within the App are owned by or licensed to İsa Özdemir.
Copying, reproducing, or publishing the App's content on any other platform for commercial purposes without explicit permission is prohibited.
5. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be accessible within the App's settings or on the designated web address. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
