Account information: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication tokens.
Usage and progress data: We securely store your lesson progress, completed content, remaining hearts and hints, streaks, and in-app purchase history on our servers.
Device and log data: To improve performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent unauthorized access or bot accounts, we may collect anonymous device data such as device model, operating system version, and IP address through Google Play Integrity and Apple DeviceCheck / App Attest.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide a personalized educational experience tailored to your exam goals.
To sync your account progress securely across multiple devices.
To verify and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
To provide customer support and resolve technical issues.
To protect the app and block unauthorized API access through Firebase App Check.

3. Third-Party Services

MÖ relies on trusted third-party services to operate. These services have their own privacy policies and may process your information as part of providing their services:

Google Analytics for Firebase: collects anonymous statistics to help us understand user behavior.
Firebase Authentication and Firestore: secure and host your account credentials and app data.
Google AdMob: serves ads such as rewarded videos and interstitials, and may use your device advertising identifier to provide more relevant ads.
Apple In-App Purchases / Google Play Billing: securely process purchases. We do not store sensitive financial data on our servers.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Apple DeviceCheck, Google Play Integrity, and Firebase App Check help ensure that our database only accepts requests from legitimate app installations and reduce bot activity.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can clear your local data or reset your progress at any time using the Reset Account button in the Profile section. If you want to permanently delete all of your remote account data, please contact us.

6. Children's Privacy

MÖ is primarily designed for high school students preparing for the university entrance exam, typically ages 15 to 19. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
