1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Looksmaxx Coach for MEN app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Looksmaxx Coach for MEN is an AI-powered facial analysis application that provides users with aesthetic ratings, feature-by-feature scores, and actionable self-improvement tips. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded photos and generate personalized feedback.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Payments

The App offers a premium subscription ("Pro") at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring weekly basis through your Apple ID account.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

5. User Content and Photos

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to the App.
By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze the image solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
Uploaded images are processed through Firebase (Google Cloud) for secure storage and Fal.ai for AI-powered analysis.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your photos or personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Photos are used exclusively to generate your facial analysis results.

6. Privacy and Data

We use Firebase (Google) for secure data storage and authentication.
We use Fal.ai as our AI processing provider for facial analysis.
We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal data. Your data is never shared with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All scores, ratings, summaries, and tips provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.
AI analysis results are subjective estimates and should not be taken as definitive assessments of appearance.
Results may vary between analyses of the same photo due to the nature of AI processing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload photos of other people without their consent.
Use the App for harassment, bullying, or any malicious purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Looksmaxx Coach for MEN and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated analysis.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the App's recommendations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
