1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Looksmaxx Coach for MEN application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Isa Ozdemir ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service & AI Disclaimer

Looksmaxx Coach for MEN is an AI-powered lifestyle and self-improvement tool. It provides facial analysis, aesthetic ratings, and grooming tips based on user-uploaded photos.

Informational Purposes Only: All ratings, scores, and advice generated by the AI are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Not Professional Advice: The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice. The results are subjective estimates generated by artificial intelligence and should not be used as a basis for any medical or surgical decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User-Generated Content & Safety Policy

As a user, you are solely responsible for the content (photos) you upload.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload photos that are illegal, offensive, harassing, defamatory, or "mean-spirited."
Objectification Policy: The App is designed for personal self-improvement. Using the App to objectify, bully, or mock real people is strictly prohibited.
Consent: You must not upload photos of third parties without their express consent.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these safety guidelines.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers an auto-renewable "Pro" subscription.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring weekly basis through your Apple ID account at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings.

6. Privacy & Third-Party AI Services

Your privacy is paramount. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

Uploaded photos are transmitted to third-party AI providers (e.g., Fal.ai) solely for processing and analysis.
Data transmission is encrypted and secure.
We do not sell your personal data or photos to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-uploaded photos) are the exclusive property of Isa Ozdemir and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated results. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
