By downloading, installing, or using the Laura: Glow Up app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Laura: Glow Up is an AI-powered facial and aesthetic analysis application designed for women. The App provides users with personalized beauty insights, feature analysis, and actionable glow-up tips using advanced artificial intelligence.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Payments

The App offers a premium subscription ("Pro") at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring weekly basis through your Apple ID account.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. User Content and Photos

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to the App.
By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze the image solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
Uploaded images are processed securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) and Fal.ai for AI-powered analysis.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your photos or personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Privacy and Data

We use Firebase (Google) for secure data storage and authentication.
We use Fal.ai as our AI processing provider for facial analysis.
We do not sell your personal data. Your privacy is our priority.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All insights, ratings, and tips provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional advice.
AI analysis results are subjective estimates and should not be taken as definitive assessments.
